All conferences and events will be coordinated by your specialised Project Coordinator; who will discuss your transport brief and chauffeur requirements and also your budget with you prior to the event, and offer you a cost effective quotation to suit your conference or events chauffeur transport requirements.
Corporate Chauffeur Services have developed a fast, effective and accurate process to ensure all your transport logistics run smoothly and accurately:
- The required services are reviewed and we will contact you immediately to confirm any potential issues e.g.: incorrect flight numbers, arrival and departure times
- Within three hours of receiving your itinerary, we will provide you with your reservation confirmations, and also your Project Coordinator’s contact details.
- Corporate Chauffeur Services will provide laminated name boards for all airport arrivals; your project coordinator will work with you and your personnel to ensure the arrivals and departures run smoothly.
- Your Project Coordinator will be available to you 24hrs per day during your event which will ensure that any changes, cancellations or additional services, can be managed in real time and will reduce the amount billable to you due to cancellations or flight changes.
